The Home State Bank Foundation recently committed $30,000 over the next three years to the Greene County Medical Center Foundation, reinforcing its longstanding commitment to strengthening healthcare in Greene County.
As a community bank with deep roots in Greene County, Home State Bank believes investing in quality local healthcare is an investment in the entire community. This commitment reflects the Foundation’s ongoing dedication to organizations that strengthen the places where its customers, employees, and families live and work.
Access to quality healthcare is essential in building strong communities, helping families, businesses, and future generations thrive.
“The Greene County Medical Center Foundation plays a vital role in ensuring our community continues to have access to exceptional healthcare close to home,” said Bob Allen, president & CEO of Home State Bank. “We are honored to support their mission through this three-year commitment. “When we invest in local healthcare close to home, we’re investing in the health, stability, and future of our entire community.”
The annual gifts will help the Greene County Medical Center Foundation continue investing in projects, equipment, and programs that enhance patient care, including major initiatives like the medical center’s new MRI project, as the Foundation works to improve access to high-quality healthcare.
“We appreciate Home State Bank’s support of our mission of being Always Here, Always Caring. Their donation supports our new MRI, which allows patients in the region more access to MRI services. Home State Bank has a rich heritage of supporting Greene County and beyond. With this donation, together we are making a difference in the communities we both serve,” said Chad Butterfield, CEO of Greene County Medical Center.
The donation was marked at a check presentation attended by representatives of Home State Bank, the Greene County Medical Center Foundation, hospital leadership, and Foundation board members.
